We have re-designed our blog! The header image reminds us of Animal Crossing, our favorite game. Also, now you can post comments right on the post page, thanks to the ever-innovative staff at Blogger.
hey now how did you get the comment section right under your blog... and where did you get the awesome layout??? I want a new layout too. but all I can find are the basic ones.
Go to "Settings" > "Comments" > look under "Comment Form Placement" and select "Embedded below post."
To get the new layout:
There are a bunch of websites that have free Blogger templates available. The best one I've found so far is: . You have to download the template to your computer. Then unzip the file where you downloaded it (right click on the file with the zipper). The go to the "Layout" tab in Blogger. Click "Edit HTML." At the top section, click "Browse." Then upload not the whole file you downloaded, but the document that say it is an XML file (if you don't know, look in properties). Then click "Save template."
Be aware that some templates don't work...if it's messing up, just get a different template. I sometimes edit the code of the template to get it to work, but you don't wanna try that and I can't explain it to you. :) Most templates should work on the first try. If you try a bunch and after a while none will work, go back to the basic Blogger templates before you try again.
And finally, you might want to save the setup that you already have. There is a spot at the top of the "Edit HTML" page that says "download full template." Supposedly it downloads what you currently have so that you can go back to it. I haven't tried it though.
